Dr. Suraksha Diagnostic - Serampore

One point to be highlighted as one extra plastic carry bag demanded to carry MRI reports in today very adverse weather, heavy rain is falling for last 40 hours but not supply by the counter personel. They said that no sufficient stocks for carr bag. I feel unhappy. Specially don't expect such comments for your big & reputed diagnostic centre.

I recently underwent some diagnostic tests at your center, and I am compelled to express my deep dissatisfaction with the overall experience. The behavior of the reception staff, particularly the women at the front desk, was shockingly rude and dismissive. They were unwilling to provide basic information, responded curtly to queries, and displayed an unprofessional attitude throughout. This is unacceptable in any healthcare setting where patients often arrive anxious and vulnerable. Furthermore, during my blood test, the attending staff member was seen laughing inappropriately, which made the environment feel hostile and disrespectful. The experience with the USG doctor was even worse -- not only was his conduct unprofessional, but he also made offensive and unsolicited remarks of a personal nature, which is absolutely unethical and inexcusable. While I am awaiting my test results to assess the medical side of things, the behavior of your staff and the overall infrastructure and service quality are severely lacking. For a facility that boasts such a reputed name, the reality is disappointingly superficial. This kind of conduct tarnishes the image of your establishment and raises serious concerns about the quality of care being offered. Immediate action and internal review are strongly recommended.

Visited Suraksha Serampore from 21.4.2025 for 3 days. The technical staff is excellent, excellent service, diagnostic and behaviour.The test reports are available online. Excellent. The system is equally bad for registration of patient for tests particularly for outstation pateints. Booking is easy through Customer care, or the centre but it means nothing. Your que starts only after payment but you cannot pay Online. It was there but Alas! no more! It is hell for outstation pateints, you come,pay and your que starts only then, you wait helplessly because local people come twice,once to pay and once for the test and are already miles ahead in que. Reception staffs are good but helpless. They don't know even when your turn will come even after payment, when your report may be made available in case of emergency or outstation pateints. Only exception is Subhojit Ganguly, only gents I found in reception who understood my problem and helped a lot. I, being a outstation pateint, is extremely satisfied and disappointed but will go again and recommending also. Happy waiting.

Very nice experience. The Lab technicians are very experienced. They have to take my blood twice for the tests. There was one lady who took the blood sample in the morning and the gentleman (Mr. Biswajit) took sample in the afternoon. Both of them were very good at their job almost felt nothing while taking my blood samples.

Today i visted seerampore branch with my wife for her usg regarding pregnancy i was not all satisfied with the service . Especially usg section staff and doctor behaviour is very rude they dont even know how to talk with patient. Very much disappointed will think twice before visiting there for further test and scans. But the receptionist are well mannered and the the guard as well.

One of the best patho Lab and diagnostic centre nearby serampore just beside serampore Aminia. Staff behaviour is very nice and token system is very smooth and transparent. You can also check report status and see reports in your mobile. Overall good experience and reliable reports. Thank you serampore Suraksha keep up the good work

Visited Suraksha Serampore for a USG. The sonologist, Dr. S.K. Mondal, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Such behavior towards patients is unacceptable. Hope the management looks into this.

Visited Suraksha Mahesh, Serampore today. Technical staffs and staffs at reception area excellent.Pathology staff Mr. Biswajit Chakraborty is very efficient and cordial. Moreover, the token system is very smooth.
