Dr. Super Speciality Hospital Raiganj

Raiganj Super Speciality Hospital - a big name with huge building but few services with a lots of harassment. It has not sufficient infrastructure and medical equipment. It is not properly maintained. Staffs are inhuman & Specially doctors are as cruel as butcher. Outside and inside of the hospital are filled with medical wastage. It has become a source of bacteria and virus. It can also be said that the hospital protocols are only for the poor and helpless. It is totally run by brokers and political individuals. People don't expect such from Hospital. Authority has not taken any steps against it.

Raiganj super speciality hospital is very unhygienic and not clean and composed. Lift is very dirty and some floor stair case look like dustbin. Very poor maintenance. Very unhygienic environment. Local body should be aware of this.

Nice hospital.... But need to improve.. Infrastructure not very good yet.

Infrastructure is good but maintenance of internal system needs improvement. Few things I would like to highlight :- 1. Only one or maximum of 2 family members (in extreme cases) should be there with the patient and the can rotate once the previous members comes out. 2. There should be strict visiting hours for doctors and family members. Doctor should visit patients twice a day and once in front of family member. 3. Entry should be properly docated at entry point. 4. We should not make the hospital dirty by spitting here and there and put the waste items in dustbin only. 5. Amenities like lift, taps for drinking water, trolleys, wheel chairs, sitting chairs, etc, should be there and that too functional. 6. Educate villagers through direct counseling, different types of dialogues, media coverage, etc...to keep it clean as it is only for themselves and they are getting treated and patients should be stayed in clean and good environment. 7. There should be a counter of generic medicines which are good and less expensive so that poor villagers and people can purchase and get treated... 8. The contact number given here is wrong which is of someone else. Require to make it updated. If we implement these few things, we can make it 70% better than the usual... It's we, the people of Raiganj to come forward to make our institutions and organizations more effective...

Raiganj medical college have almost all of the facilities.ct scan services are free here.many doctors have come to raiganj thanks to medical college.operation facilities including cataract surgery, caesarean section surgery are freely available.blood tests are also dine.But the problem is long wait for lift & frequently nonworking lift .opd is crowdy.toilets are stinky like any other medical colleges.

OK, but too much crowd Doctors inspections very delayed.

Services of doctors are wrost.... I waited for 2 hours for Dr. Gopal Podder(orthopedic) and got just 1:30 minutes from him. Even he was not listened completely what I want to express him.... This 1 for those doctors who don't give enough time for miserable patient but for their clinic. GOD forgive those doctors who known as people's god but evil.
