Dr. Jeevan Rekha Hospital

Yesterday I visited the place but I experienced very badly. There are no proper fanning system, enough Seating capacity etc.., even Supporting staff's specially receptionist and few other's behaviour is very bad ,they don't know how to speak,,,even they doesn't give a bag for carrying "Reports" ,,I urges them to give a bag, I'll pay but they rudely behave. I will give 00 out of 10 for this Private Hospital. Also urges to the owner to go through the matters.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience during my recent visit. The staff seemed poorly trained and completely unhelpful when it came to guiding patients. Their communication was confusing, and their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. It felt like they had no interest in assisting or even listening properly. I genuinely expected better care and service. This level of negligence and rudeness is unacceptable, especially in a place meant to care for people. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Proper treatment was not provided because the patient was prepared for a C-section or operation even before any reports arrived. After the reports came, they said blood would be needed and also mentioned that the patient had to be shifted to a hospital as the condition was very serious. Such treatment is never expected from a nursing home. It is a large nursing facility, yet there was no arrangement for blood. We came with high hopes, expecting good treatment, but received no help whats ever. Ultimately, after making a payment for 8 hours of billing, the patient was admitted to the hospital.

Your service is truly excellent. I was especially impressed by the service provided by the security guard and the gentleman in a blue shirt and black trousers who were on duty at 7 AM. Both of them were very professional and courteous. The person who was serving the report was also extremely polite and well-mannered.

When I was told to come for the test, I brought the patient earlier. But I had to wait for almost 4 hours to get the test done. I didn't like it at all. We should have told you when the doctor would come. Time is very important to everyone.
