His assistant Miss. Rupa manages the ratings so don't go for the rating the way we were fooled. She will ask the patient party to rate him in google and send her a screen shot even before the patient is fully cured. I have lost my father. But I believe I still had a chance to save him if we didn't waste our initial months with Dr. Apratim. No doubt he has lack of experience with complicated cases.
