Everyone was very unprofessional, and the doctors seemed more interested in making money than providing proper care. I was charged excessively for basic services, and despite paying such high fees, the treatment was completely wrong and ineffective

The hospital environment was unhygienic, the management was disorganized, and no proper explanation was given for the treatment or charges. They kept adding unnecessary tests and medicines without clear justification.

I visited the hospital for OPD. The waiting time is less than other hospitals here. Doctors were good as well as the staff. There is a school and a college in the same campus.

The Doctors and nursing staffs service is best/outstanding. But in pathology lab the doctor has advised me for Eco and ECG at Eco lab the nursing staff has guided me and taken me to the room of Eco examination. After taking of my prescription by the technician has not called me about one hour and I have my self messaged to the doctor that I am in the que at Eco lab after some time the doctor has him self reached in the Eco lab and told the technician why u have not called me when patient is waiting out side the lab and after doing the Eco I visited after 20 minutes for taking report but the technician has refused to give me report and told me come after one hour even after one hour I reached to the room of Eco the technician has not yet prepared the report I told technician it is private hospital. The patients are comming for investigations by expanding the money and the treatment is like a Government Hospital.
