One star for the diagnostic centre... 1) you should not fake regarding the number of patients and waiting time. 2) before coming there i verified via phone about the waiting approximate time . The receptionist affirmed that it won't take more than an hour.. But after paying the diagnostic charges the counter 4 confirmed that it will take 3 hours.. i had to wait for more than 4.30 hours.. *Don't fake customers. ..

Worst hospital ever... Facilities are not upto the marks.. charges are also high in comparison with facility.Waiting time is also prolonged, although insufficient seating/waiting arrangement, toilet facility is also poor..Behaviour of security personnel is also very rude with patient party.They didn't follow any standard rules in general ward, how could they get passed NQAS !! Went there for treatment of my father( ICU&General male ward 3 rd floor)although line of treatment of visiting consultant is satisfactory but highly dissatisfied with staff's behaviour and facilities.

The hospital is way too crowded than basic norms. It feels like they're hiring illiterate, rude staff from locality with no actual experience or any civic sense. Yes, some doctors and other staff members are somewhat humble and ready to answer some queries, while most are just arrogant like they're doing god's work by just running the lift. They talk rudely, ignore questions and are absolutely mannerless. They might as well get their licenses revoked.

One of the worst diagnostic centres of Midnapore.Today I called them asking for the availability of a rheumatologist.A girl picked up the phone and she directed the call to the opd to which they replied that who is a rheumatologist.I was taken aback and I immediately disconnected the call.They have hired some so called chapris from somewhere and made them the members of a diagnostic centre.Their only motive is to earn money.

This hospital deserves zero star actually. First of all, this is an over-crowded hospital according to the area and space it does have. It's suffocating. Once one is admitted, then the behaviour and attitude of almost 90% staffs mainly nurses, security staffs, nursemaids or nannys will be remembered for ever by the patient and the patient party. Staffs in the administration are good, no issue but some of their rules and policies regarding child birth or child care will blow your mind. They talk boastly of hygiene in taking care of patients or new born babies but their wards are unclean, unhygienic and even window panes are covered with layers of dust. In comparison to other nursing homes nearby, they are 20-30% more costly while their service and infrastructure are 50% less effective. In simple words, they provide govt. hospital type service in exchange of private hospital type charges. I had bitter experience twice and I'll never go there even for free. An overrated, overhyped hospital.

Very bad service . The staff has no proper communication between each other and they are waiting for patients like 4 to 5hours If normal patient that's okay but like For emergency patients also they doing the same time that's very bad

I went for echocardiography. Avoiding me and seeing other people despite my serial number coming, I had to stay there all day for this. So my request to hospital authorities try to provide service to people as soon as possible and check people by serial number. Otherwise the hospital is very clean, what I really like is the provision of washrooms for patients' families.
