This morning(12-05-2025), my family took my grandmother, who is an 80-year-old seriously ill person, to the doctor's emergency room to have her checked But he and his so called compounders flatly refused to see her because they didn't have the space to see emergency patients. Can a doctor be so cruel that he doesn't have time to see a seriously ill patient? And he said he would see the patient at 2:30 PM. So my question is, what does the word emergency mean? Very bad behavior from the doctor and his so called fake compounders. Yes, my family complied because we had no other choice -- we were desperate to get my seriously ill grandmother some help. Compliance under pressure doesn't equal agreement or satisfaction. We expected compassion and urgency in an emergency situation, not refusal and delay. That's where the resentment comes from.

A completely useless doctor, and his compounder is even worse -- they think of themselves as greater than God. They are nothing but scam artists. The doctor prescribes countless tests just to earn commission from the diagnostic centers

I was treated by Dr Santosh Kumar Dey since 2016 and he had always been a great skillful doctor,who loves his profession and have exceptional medical skills,always his Diagnosis is accurate and good behaviour with patient... I will definitely recommend dr Santosh Kumar Dey

Very bad behaviour, Doctor doesn't have enough time to listen problems of patients, I think this Doc doesn't taken the oath in his graduation ceremony ....
