A wide range of treatments is offered here. However, there is significant room for improvement in the quality of services, as indicated by recent feedback from dissatisfied patients.

I do not recommend Zenith Hospital, especially for NICU care. Please think twice before putting your newborn in their hands. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Zenith Super Specialist Hospital was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete mismanagement is alarming, especially when it comes to critical care for newborns. Despite being called a "super specialty" hospital, the doctors rarely explain anything clearly, and you're left feeling confused and helpless. Reports are handed over without any discussion, and you have to chase after nurses or junior staff for answers. The environment is chaotic, disorganized, and gives you no confidence in the treatment being provided. Cleanliness and hygiene are far below acceptable standards, especially in a place dealing with sensitive patients like newborns. Add to that delayed responses, rude behavior from reception and admin staff, and no proper follow-up mechanism - and you have a hospital that is clearly running on reputation alone, not actual service. If your loved one's life and peace of mind matter, look elsewhere. Zenith has been a deeply disappointing and stressful experience.

I was the Patient of high Fever on21st March, (temperature above 103.5 ) and waiting for Doctor at your emergency waiting seat and I was feeling uneasy for the high speed standing Fan, I & a gateman also requested the following person to switch off the fan but he was so busy in his Mobile activities, he ignored. I have very great Thank full in your gateman. My request to take lookafter of this person. Thanks.

I am admitted 06th July 2025 (My Bed No-1034).I had a very positive experience at Zenith Hospital. Doctors are highly knowledgeable and explained my condition clearly. Also nursing staff is caring and always available when needed. Such as Namita Di, Manju Di, Ratna Di, Rubi Di, Gori Di Samapti , Sneha, Debjani , puja and also Mampi Overall I am satisfied with the treatment and service provided. One Name miss my knowledge it's wrong nun other than Sabita Masi She is ward hurt also .Thank you to the entire team for their support and care. But One thing are my knowledge (1) Nursing Staf are Shortage and also Masi & Cleaning Staf.(2) No Patient Calling Bell (3) No Entertainment . (4) Food are Not Good . I request to Management team please look after them Thank You

They are one of the best hospitals in North 24 PGS. Their service and authority are flawless. The behaviour of the staffs and nurses are decent. The management is superb. My father (bed 1026) was admitted here and earlier he used to consult here too. He is now fit.

Doctors and nursing staffs are good but if you haven't any references of doctor it will be quite difficult to get better treatments. I think the administration should be better for future betterment. Overall my experience is quite good.. Bed no- 1028 General ward- 4

Bed no 1021- Behaviour of all the sisters are very good, they are kind and humble, and always boosts patients mentally.Food is not extraordinary but it's decent for patients. One problem the security guard visits during midnight, more than 3 guards, more than 5 times during midnight, it's irritating, causes problems to all patients. Rest everything is fine. The floor manager's behaviour is also very nice.
