The centre is very good. Alok ji always helps us and is polite. Just one thing, I really hope doctors arrived on time. The waiting list is also again very long.

Guys , ECG AND ECO test tooks almost 3 hrs .The worst experience I had today . Don't know why people still come here for the test. There are many diagnostic centre in Kolkata , atleast they guide you for time for value. Here the staffs are arrogant and lazy. They surely will waist your complete day for a simple test even.

This is the worst experience I had at a medical centre. This place was recommended to me by Dr. Somak Ghosh for an MRI to confirm whether I had fistula or not. Majority of the stuff there were arrogant, rude and unfriendly. But what is worse is that the woman who gave me the injection for contrast-MRI was utterly inefficient. The post-injection pain was supposed to go away within a few hours. But even today, after one week, I am still suffering from the pain. If anything, the pain in that particular spot of my right hand and the surrounding area has increased two-fold. Due to the severity of the pain, I am being compelled to take medicine but the pain is not subsiding. I don't know if I will be needing further medical assistance to cure the pain. I will not recommend this medical centre to anybody. Thanks to this joke of a medical centre, I got a new health issue in addition to the existing one.

Welkin, Sambhunath Pandit Street has policy of collecting as regn fee Rs100.00 ( @gr.floor)for new customer and repeat visit after 30 days and non payment of this amount debars a patient from consulting the physician(@3rd)The regn amount and Physician consultation fee are being collected at different places and there is no clear prominent notice in ground floor to the effect that patient party should first report to reception to ascertain their position regI wish arding payment or waiver of regn amount to avoid patient party first going to respective physician's room.Then being denied consultation come down all the way to gr. flr and again climb up to 3rd floor.

If you try to get appointment from here for any doctor ....they will not give you .... They play another strategy..

Reception Staffs are very ill mannered here, they shout on they patient party and behaves very rudely. they don't accept online payments or card payments....only cash to be paid. They are cheating govt tax probably, that's why dont accept registered payment mode. GST dept must scrutiny their accounts.

Don't test any sample for SELF DIAGNOSIS. The centre must fraud to you. They don't test the sample and print a result with normal value. And you lost your money just for a fake nontested result. Don't test anything in Welkin garia.
