Dr. Suraksha Diagnostics - Kasba

I went to this Kasba Suraksha center for an X-ray. The receptionist was polite, and the overall process went smoothly. Overall I'm satisfied with that. However, I was surprised when the X-ray technician, who seemed to be over 40, took my phone and started writing a good review about herself. Not sure why--maybe Suraksha gives bonuses based on feedback? Note: I deleted that review and am now sharing my genuine experience.

I recently visited this diagnostic center for a pre-booked liver elastography test, and I had a great experience. The process was very efficient - I didn't have to wait long at all. The staff were professional and the test was done smoothly. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience, and I would definitely recommend this place for any diagnostic needs.

Had been to Suraksha, Rajdanga unit for E.C.G., Ecocardiogram & Chest X-ray today, the 22nd of June, 2025, morning at around 8.20 am. Twice we were reminded by the staff from Suraksha, yesterday i.e. the 21st of June 2025, evening, to be present at the Suraksha premises by 8.00 a.m. as the doctor would come early by 8.00 a.m. We rushed with all our might on a holiday morning, as we were already 20 minutes late from our scheduled time. On reaching, we were greeted by a courteous security staff & the most ill behaved reception staff, whose answer was " janina" to any question asked. The doctor finally arrived at 9.35 a.m...started the process at jet speed. He was in such a hurry, that before one patient could dress herself/ himself, & leave the room another patient was called in. It was an extremely unpleasant situation for both the patients for the stupidity of the authorities not having the minimum grace to allow them a minimum amount of time to dress themselves up before leaving the room. If the Doctor is so busy a person, can we as clients (whose payments make the diagonistic centre do it's flourishing business), request for a change so that we can at least be allowed a minute to dress up & leave the room??? I am quite doubtful, as to whether this review of mine would have any effect, but my request to all customers to please rise up from their slumber & protest against things which are not right. Suraksha Rajdanga, has always been a worthless unit, compared to it's counterpart, Suraksha Kalikapur which is just awesome....with highly cooperative, well behaved staff & punctual & efficient bunch of Doctor's & technicians.

Utterly disappointed with the staff collecting blood, who is not all experienced, absolutely horrible. I went for a blood test. The staff was so under-trained that a blood clot was formed, the portion of my hand turned blue immediately after he removed the needle and when we informed it to the receptionist, they called it normal and accused us of wasting their "very precious time". The pain was so much that it turned my hand numb. I have also given blood for testing in other clinics as well and touchwood, this horrible incident had never taken place, never caused me pain at all. The staffs collecting blood should be more trained and experienced. It's a request not to harass people like this further.

Terrible experience. Paid 8,600 for a complete allergy test and got just a single, substandard report page in return. The quality was poor, the parameters incomplete, and the price far higher than other labs. This place feels like a scam -- avoid it if you value your money and your health. Total Rip-off by Suraksha Diagnostics - Read Before You Waste 8600 I got a "comprehensive" allergy profile test from Suraksha Diagnostics for 8600 -- and what did I get? Just 18 allergens tested, listed on a single sheet of paper with no detailed explanation or medical insights. To compare, I did the same allergy test at Labeasy for only 600 -- and they tested for 53 allergens, nearly 3 times more, using the same testing method (Fluorometric Enzyme Immunoassay). Their report was better organized and more detailed too. This is not just overcharging -- it's blatant exploitation. Suraksha is charging 14x more for less than 1/3 of the data. Please do your research before trusting big names. You're not paying for quality, just the brand.

When we book for any service, please inform us in details about the procedures. Who gives a token for collecting a report. For my Xray report , you made me wait for long 15 minutes with a token in my hand. I am an aged person. Utterly disgusting service. Will have to think as many times next time taking your service leave aside referring some other people .

I went for USG at this centre. It was overall ok. But the attendant of around 45 years old at USG room was rude and misbehaved. Though it was not busy time at all. Bad experience, may be she wants people not to visit next time.

I went here for xray of my mother. In the time of taking report they were very slow. They gave me a token and I waited there for 30 mins to take a single report. When I said that I had to go to doctor and requested them to do quite fast they misbehave with me.
