Good experience with apolo clinic sinthi more! Opposite to Rabindra Bharati university gate.The employees are so professional and friendly too. The accommodation is also good. If the doctors are available for all the time, it will be more helpfull. All types of pathological tests are also done here.

Their management system is not good. Help desk staffs are not well behaved. Though their vaccination process is very smooth. Clinic is neat and clean.

As a brand name no doubt good clinic well maintained but I hope less number of patients visit because I had visited for my corporate pre medical checkup It took 2 days to complete the whole process and there is no eye doctor....... Normally they r quick ,staffs are well maintained and good behavior Over all good experience but killed my time....my suggestion is to book an appointment prior if u r going for a complete medical checkup and confirm that all tests are done here

Excellent service with utmost professionalism. Home blood collection process was smooth and timely delivery of report with all coordination.

A bunch of scumbags running a clinic. They abruptly change the timings of the doctor (1 hour before appointment), and when the patient fails to co-operate, they abuse and harass the patient party in rude and vulgar language. The receptionists should first go to a school and learn basic manners. Not recommended at all. Not going to this stupid place again.

Not at all good service. Was made to wait for one hour for first dose of vaccine and that too outside the main clinic, in the heat. There was no queue system in place outside and when people were called in, latecomers got the opportunity to get the vaccine first. The entire process took more than 2 hrs. To top it off, they accepted only cash and the nearest ATM was 500 meters from the clinic. Had to run in order to get the money and came back only to find that I have lost my original queue position. Total and utter mismanagement...

Worst place for vaccination. Though I go for covaxin 2 nd dose my experience is horrible. No management no time slot followed. My time slot was 10.30 but when I get my vaccine it was 1.30. Very bad. At last the worst part vaccine is given by lady who had seated at reception. No professional nurse their it's very dangerous. It's a shame for this type of highly renowned brand Apollo. I will complaint for this incident to higher authority. And don't go this center at any cost.

Very poor organization. The staffs are not aware of the procedures and needed preparations. No coordination within staffs. The attending diagnotic petsonnel's behavior is too pathetic. Horrible experience. Floor manager kaushik was of no help. The staffs are misguiding patients, reports may not come correct. If it's absolutely necessary to do tests from this clinic please know the preparations.
