I think you should avoid this hospital. Doctors are not always available. They admit patients and then leave them. Sometimes, a urology patient is treated by a medicine doctor because the urology doctor is absent. A two-sharing bed costs 2000 rs per day, and the room is very small. They also don't allow the Swasthya Sathi Card issued by the W.B. Govt. The staff are also not well behaved. @Romalinda, Try to improve your service and allow the Swasthya Sathi Card issued by the W.B. Govt. Thank U.

Never take anyone to this hospital. I sustained an ankle fracture and consulted Rwik Roy(ortho). He was always ATLEAST 1 hr late in his visits. We used to wait as if some celebrity will arrive. For the plaster, they insisted on cash payment instead of online payment. I got the registration payment reciept but they did not give the reciept for plaster. Charged me 5500(in cash). Later when I requested them for the reciept for health insurance reimbursement purposes, he straightaway denied. Now I know why they insisted on cash payment. This hospital is a bogus one. Never Ever rely on the doctors here. Also I strongly feel all the positive reviews are paid/false/fake.

Is this Hospital the most pathetic and hidden charges are included on the time of discharge the patient.As this is non regularise hospital and also fees and other full hospital charges are very high, rather than Appollo,Zenith etc. I would like to suggest that better than another hospital you can appoinment.Most worst Hospitality.They also don't allow the Swasthya Sathi Card issued by the W.B. Govt. The staff are also not well behaved.My father has admitted in Romalinda hospital on urology department above 2 dags ago and when i will discharge the father on today and staying in hospital 2 and half days. Hospital has billing doctor charges and beds and all medicines including are total 130000. It is very pathetic of i have seen in this hospital.I would suggest not admitted in this Hospital,better side kolkata Hospital far than more.

I don't know if this is legal. I mean they have opened a multispecialist hospital where in emergency the doctor who attends have zero knowledge of medical. I don't remember the name of the doctor (may be Dr. Sayan something)as I was very worried about my husband who got bitten by a bat. The doctor said bat bites don't spread rabbies. I am a Zoologist and I have never heard of bats being a non Rabid mammal. Please it's a request little knowledge is a dangerous thing. Don't visit this hospital. They will kill you with their dangerous knowledge. And also it's a request to the hospital authorities.... take some better doctors who knows what to do or how to treat patients.

Two days back I visited the hospital for gastro consultation the appointment was scheduled at 12 pm but got delayed due to the Doctor's late arrival. There was no prior intimation by the reception. I took leave from office and also informed that to the reception but no one paid hid.

Good hospital with affordable price and bed charges. Doctors behaviour is very good and the staff are really helpful. Hygiene is also well maintained, overall experience 4/5 stars.

I bought some medicines from their pharmacy, but qr payment not accepted with Rupay card. It means the seller deliberately blocked transactions through rupay card qr code..As per india govt rule, all merchants should encourage using rupay card for transaction, this doesn't attract any extra burden to the seller but very helpful to the buyer. I request romalinda authority to enable rupay card transaction available by qr scanner code for any transaction.
