I wish I could wait 5 star. No doubt 5 star service, supportive staffs. But Management should strictly monitor the patient and ther attendent ratio 1:1. Most chairs were occupied by attendent and maximum patient were standing resting on wall. Attendent occupied one chair for self and the other with bags water bottles etc. I have request one to remove the bag my patient will sit there but unfortunately I have got the reply that my patient is in USG room she will be here anytime so I can't vacant the seat... Management has maintained the centre so well , please look into these matters.

This is a decent diagnostic centre. The location is exactly beside Madhyamgram Rail Station. From the platforms, you can see the centre. The centre is well maintained and clean. Proper sitting arrangement is available here. The clinic is very very clean. I visited here for my dental X-Ray. It delivers within half an hour. Here you can do ultrasonography, Digital X-Ray, ECG, EEG, PFT, TMT, endoscopy etc. One thing I'm extremely disappointed that they use mobile and continuously talk on mobile at the time of testing. These are so unprofessional and unsatisfactory.

It's a very well maintained center and there stuff behavior is very polite and the main part is the top most Doctors are there

I have some tests here. Overall Service is amazing. They do home collection also and the blood collectors are very good they arrived right on time. And all the reception and floor staffs are very helpful. Will recommend to everyone in need.

Very bad behaviour and bad arrangment this centre.Booking time 10am but waiting 2hours after that starting a test.
