Dr. Kolkata Heart Lung Centre

Dr Sunip Banerjee is really a very humble kind soul and wonderful doctor ! Very down to earth ! And kind and nice to patients !

I have been a patient of Dr Sunip Banerjee for the last 3yrs.He is a well behaved and experienced doctor who can address any heart problem with ease.Problem lies in the administrative part of his Centre.There is absolutely no privacy inside his chamber as 3 to 4 patients are called in at the same time by his confidential lady assistant leaving no scope for an individual discussion with the Doctor.I understand that Dr Banerjee is an extremely busy Doctor but an individual's requirement for privacy cannot also be ignored. I felt uneasy about 3days back for which I was given an appointment after 7days.One can easily understand the extent of cooperation of his booking staff who did not even bother to enquire about the nature of my illness.I feel it is high time this particular Centre starts addressing the grievances of patients in a more humanly manner.

Staff is very co operative and things were handled very smoothly. The staff taking vitals was very co operative and supportive and carefully took patient history. The overall experience was good.

This is about assistant Jinia Chatterjee. I had an worst experience with her yesterday.Let me give a little background.I had an appointment with Dr.Tapas Ray and he suggested for some change in medicines for my mother.When i left and went to a medicine shop to buy those medicines they were unable to confirm the name of one of the medicine...I tried calling her several times initially ,she didnt pick up. After few minutes she picked up and i asked her to confirm the name of that medicine and timing as well also I informed her that I was standing inside the pharmacy. As I have an ailing mother and she has to return back that takes a journey of 4 hours,she told she will confirm me asap.I waited for sometime ,since she didnt respond I called her again and she behaved rudely stating it will take time and before i finished my conversation she cut the call in a rude manner. I raised a complaint to her superintendent and she has mentioned over call that she is apologizing for her behaviour and she will send a written apology for this by today to my mail id. It's quite an harassment for people who are coming from so far and has to be dependent with these type of assistants who cant even behave in a proper manner.Will take necessary action if apology is not sent from her end. Be aware of this lady!

Staff here are polite, helpful and I was very comfortable. This is my first time coming here for Tests, recommended by Dr. S.S.Das - Cardiologist Doctor, who is very patient and kind. I will recommend people to come here. Thank you - Linda

They are behavior is good but but but this is the trap and they will charge for everything unconditionally and very unstable hospital, they will make bill without checkups and add too much others charges also they didn't want to discharge the patient for extra money. Very very disappointed, my experience is very bad today. Please my heardly request to all of you go others reputate hospital.

The staff and nurses are exceptionally courteous and approachable, with each member showing a strong commitment to their profession. Dr. Sunip Banerjee has been a true lifesaver for me. I've struggled with high blood pressure since I was 14, and previous doctors only prescribed numerous medications without addressing the root cause of my condition. I've been under Dr. Banerjee's care for five years now, and I can gradually see positive changes in my health, with my blood pressure finally stabilizing. To me, he is nothing short of a hero.

It was a wonderful experience at Kolkata heart lung center; specially Dr Suneep and Dr saugata was very caring about there patient; thanks a lot to all ;
