My regards to Dr. Mondal. Though my parmanent residence is in Madhyamgram but currently I stay in Raiganj due to my professional posting. Dr. Mondal gave me his WhatsApp no & told to contact him in case of emergency. One day I had to connect him for a medical advice far from Raiganj. I just messaged him in WhatsApp at night & after seeing my message he himself called me & with absolute attention he listened to my problems. I never felt that he is in hurry, if one Doctor listen to you with care, you feel half of your problems are gone. Then after proper diagnosis he advised necessary medicines in WhatsApp. I am really grateful to Dr. Mondal.
