My father was detected with 2:1 sinus bradycardia. Dr. Mani detected him as a Complete heart block patient and advised him for pacemaker implantation. But on the day of operation he was diagnosed with Left main coronary artery blockage and right coronary artery blockage. So Dr. Mani suggested for angioplasty and then he implanted the pacemaker.
