Dr. Dr. Kar

I had the misfortune of visiting him in NG medicare. He looks impatient, always in a rush, lacks empathy and seemed to be in a mood to rub it in to the patient (e.g. my dad used to smoke aerlier and starting castigating him on thah past habit, instead of foucssing on his core job). If you ask him why he is prescribing a new medicine, his answer is it is complicated for you to understand. The best part is his visit is Rs 2k and when I asked him to provide a receipt (yes you have to ask him to get a receipt), he provided it in his prescription pad - imagine the plight of people who will try to get his fees reimbursed. We will try to avoid him in the future.

The doctor may be good but I didn't get a good result. The fees are too high (RS. 2000) and doesn't hear the patient carefully. Always in a hurry and talks very rudely. Most pathetic experience with the frontend ladies who are handling the patients. They are very rude, impolite, mannerless, and don't know at all how to behave. Very bad experience. Will never visit again so canceled the next appointment and will not suggest anyone.

Dr. Ashok kumar kar is a very good doctor no doubt but the nurse and other attendees have no manners and don't know how to behave with their patients....handeling patients with roughness is not something anyone should do...this is doing nothing but making the doctor look bad to his patients.

My father is his fan and have great faith in him. My father trust and believe him blindly for more than 20 years now.

They handle patient very badly n have no manners to talk....behavior is very bad with patient....treat like beggers...

This doc is full of good vibes. No nonsense tests or medication.
