Worst behaviour from the reception while receiving my reports,their behaviour is like that they didn't even care that's not acceptable...

While taking the booking, they are fine. But in case of home collection of blood they are not at all professional. They don't contact you for time confirmation. They will come according to their convenience even if you have to be empty stomach for a long time. They don't bother.

Extremely rude behaviour by the front staffs. Pathetic! Unprofessional.

I visited their Baruipur location and got excellent service. My brother and his family stays in Barasat area and told me that AccuHealth Diagnostics is opening soon in Barasat. He asked me about my experience about this diagnostic centre. I would like to share my experience with everyone so that everyone gets benefitted out of it. I had an amazing experience with Accuhealth. The staff members were extremely cordial and they delivered accurate report on time. Their Barasat centre is definitely going to help my brother's family and all the residents of Barasat area.

I visited To this Diagnostic centre for an emergency situation, we visited to do USG asap with Dr. Goutam Das , but when we went there he was not there for our time taking cause. Dr. Biborton Saha, a doctor came to do USG , according to Centre stuff he is better .. We relied on them.. They are well behaved.. but when I started conversation They are more attentive about TVS... Cause Tvs is the Next option to USG.. But when My wife went That doctor took 1 minute to decide that need Tvs.. Doctor was on phone ... All the time.. All the time.. Was discussing about Politics.. serious politics discussion was going on phone....cause he is A councillor Of a Ward In Barasat... After that He told my wife to go to Bathroom and clear urine.. After that He started TVS... My wife was briefing that was hilarious experience... Whatever the result came out... That's not good for us... That shocked us.. and broke us... He was saying with lite smile kaannaar ki aache? kaannaar kichui hyyni! Was like Devil's word from Sky... I would like to say everyone whoever reading this... Behaviour excellence can't make sure you would get better service... That was painful .. A Doctor , who is doing USG nd Tvs with political discussion over the telephone.. with Full of Absent mind...And he is providing service to a Emergency patient... Think about the situation... If you can not find any of Usg doctor near you.. Dont even think about Dr. Bibartan Saha... In some extent dont Rely those words of that Accuhealth s stuff.... Dont rely both...
