Dr. JBCH (Joint & Brain Care Hospital)

Admitted my mother for total knee replacement surgery here. This hospital is very clean and staffs are well behaved. However, we felt that food is a big problem here for the patients because hospital does not have any in-house pantry. Food quality is not great and has a lot to improve. The biggest problem is the utensils being used to serve food are not so clean. this is something the administration must take care. Another big negative we spotted is that patients are allotted with used bottles for drinking water. It should not take much to provide a new bottle to each patient getting admitted. positive about this hospital is its staffs. Floor managers are always been a great help for us to resolve any query. They made the process easier for us. All nursing staffs are equally helpful. Only one suggestion to management is, please arrange some bedside seating arrangement so that patient parties do not need to stand for long

The Hospital is with in the Godrej Prakriti complex, it has plenty of parking facilities, adequate waiting area for Patient's family members. Treatment facilities are also OK. Stuff are polite and cooperative. Although they are starting and gradually expanding their operations as the demand increases. I wish them all the best for future success.

Came for consultation regarding lower back pain. Physiotherapy done for 10 days. Marked improvement. Dr.Soumi Ghosh, physiotherapist was very helpful and took great care while doing the procedure.

To my pleasant surprise found all the staff including security, nursing, front desk and RMOs to be very empathetic to the cause of the patient and at the same time diligent in their respective work profiles. Amazing service received surpassing my expectations and of course I was not expecting any of the 5* facilities. True value for money.

Miss Soumi Ghosh is working in the Physiotherapy department of JBCH Hospital, inside Godrej Prakriti. Miss Soumi, has done an excellent job through Physiotherapy for my knee problem and my Wife's Mid Back Pain. Their behavior and working procedure was excellent. Recently my aunt has been admitted to this facility of this hospital , this is an example of utter nonsense unprofessional setup of health services . They don't have any permanent good professional doctors line up, yes . If you are getting attracted by their doctor line ups, they are all visiting doctors. They don't even afford to switch on the AC in ward. They will just try to hold your patient deliberately and force to milk money with all the illogical way possible . Be aware of it And more over these Google ratings are manipulated, they are taking the patients parties phone to give themselves a nice review and 5 star

Worst service, no specialised doctor, no advance treatment. They just keep patient to extract money and left them lifeless. The nursing is also pathetic. They don't care about the patient well being at all. Lost my family member due to inefficiency of this worthless hospital.

Had a smooth and good bone operation.. Their staff are quite supportive and attentive.. I can clearly say that this is the best hospital in Sodpur right now
