Today My mother went to your Center for USG whole abdomen test which was previously booked already. At the time of booking the receptionist had given a time of approx 10 am to come for the test. But after visiting your centre, the experience was most horrible and terrifying. Steadily we come to know that there were many patients waiting for their USG test from same time i.e. from 10am. They had given same time to all the patients & creating such a nuisance situations over there. After sitting almost 1 hour, my mother was unable to hold urine for USG & asked the USG assistant to do process faster but there were no response from their side; eventually they are asking to sit for 2 hours as it will take much more time to perform. Recently, my mother had gone through Gall bladder cyst operation just 1 month before and due to some problem doctor again suggest her to perform the USG whole abdomen and she was in fasting condition for more than 14 hours due to this worse situation . They called my mother at 12:40 pm after creating huge chaos and the USG got almost completed by 1:45 pm after holding 4 hours urine. Is it the SOP of USG WHOLE ABDOMEN???..Kindly explain it to me. I am also the Medical healthcare staff but I valued the patient's life and time. But You guys have forgotten the values for chasing of Rs 1000. Very much horrified, degraded and decaying service provided today. I will not recommend anyone to perform USG at DS Diagnostic Centre, Shyamnagar. There were much better places than yours. It was completely my fault that I choose yours centre for USG as my mother's health was not well to travel to Quadra Diagnostics, Ballygunge to execute the test. And the 4 receptionists sitting gracefully don't know anything and just laughing, giggling with each others and falwlessly saying patient's family member to sit for 2 hours for USG after providing committed time. *If there were minus(-) marking, then I will surely give you that marking spontaneously*. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL FOR TEST PURPOSE.

Doesn't maintain any time shedule for USG test, little bit harrasment of examiner, other wise ds center medical examiner was good, reception and other worker behaviour also good

Very bad behavior of this Center, There is poor Management. Don't prefer This Diagnosis center, avoid if any doctor call for reporting or Treatment Never go for this Diagnosis center...... *Bad Behavior *Poor Service *Gathering place *Never Trust Recipitionist It deserves 0 Star........ Never Come this Place With serious Patient.

In this locality it is the cheapest diagnostic centre. Staffs are helpful and well behaved. I am suggesting everyone to come here for Diagnosis.

Amazing place for doing any kind of diagnostic testing recommended by the doctor. Stuff's behaviour is very friendly and they take detail care of each and every individual patient.
