Staff behaviour issues and wrongly treated by patient

I would suggest think twice before visiting to this clinic. The advise which I was given by one of the doctors was really poor. I will never ever visit to this clinic again, neither I will recommend any of my friends and relatives to try that clinic. For you, I would advise to first get more information about the doctor you want to meet and then visit.

I am giving one star for the women who sit there at Reception of Polyclini. .they behave horribly with patient parties..rude and unhelpful to the patient. They treat patients like a dog..people who come here even scare to talk to them.. this is a big policlinic,this kind of behaviour is never expected!

Doctors are experienced, but the staffs are not serious at work. You will book an appointment and regret later.You will have to face mismanagement that is prominent here.But having said so it has a number of doctors for all specialties which is not very easy to find near barrack pore.

The most irresponsible Dr.l have ever seen Dr Pranab Kumar bissas...is he doctor!!!I don't believe that..he didn't treat me serious like a good doctor ...i was in his treatment when I was pregnant..when my conditions was critical .he don't give me right medicines..because of this condition of me and my child became more critical....my baby has done lots of suffer for this....shame on...shame on his treatment and humanity also....

Very poor service, very unhygienic place for patients to wait, doctors are impunctual, patients wait for hours even after getting appointment over phone. I have return back after waiting for an hour as Dr was still on the way. (Urologist named manas mondol).

A good polyclinic with facility of numerous specialist doctors on various fields. Staffs are well behaved and cordial also.
