I had booked a colonoscopy appointment for my 76+ year-old father via Suraksha's customer care this morning for Friday. I was clearly informed of the date and time, and also told that the procedure could be done after basic tests like CBC and ECG. The customer care team directed me to the Khardha Suraksha Diagnostic Centre, and even shared their contact. I called the centre beforehand, explained the full situation including my father's age, condition,and was told to come in the today for the CBC and ECG tests. I even insisted on coming the next day, but they said it had to be today. After reaching the centre with my elderly father (who struggles to walk), I took a token and waited, only to be told my appointment for Friday didn't exist and I needed to go to the first floor to get a date and time again. Once I went upstairs, I was informed: 1. They won't provide local anesthesia asked if he could handle the pain which wasn't informed to me by both customer support and centre over call. 2. They won't conduct the colonoscopy without seeing his hemoglobin test results, which wasn't communicated either 3. The appointment given by customer care wasn't valid by them. So I need to get again a slot confirmation by centre. In short, I wasted over 45 minutes, went through unnecessary stress, spent money, and dragged my sick father along--all because of miscommunication and lack of coordination between Suraksha's customer service and their diagnostic centre. And worst of all, when I raised this issue, no one took responsibility. They simply said "It's not our fault." This is highly unprofessional, especially when dealing with senior citizens and critical medical procedures. I truly hope the management takes accountability and improves their internal coordination, so that no other family has to go through something like this.

Based on my experience, I recommend seeking diagnostic services from an alternative provider if your needs are urgent. Please be advised that Surasha's statements are subject to change. The MRI test scheduled yesterday was unfortunately not completed due to a discrepancy in pre-test instructions. Prior to the appointment, we confirmed that dietary restrictions were not in place. However, upon arrival, the requirement of an empty stomach was communicated, preventing the procedure. The test was rescheduled for today, with a report promised for the evening. Despite repeated inquiries, the report was unavailable at 9 PM due to a lack of physician sign-off, necessitating a delay until the following day, despite the patient's advanced age and suspected condition. The service provided by the Surakha team was unsatisfactory and fell short of professional standards.
Worst service and worst staff. Today my mother had an appointment with Dr. Sidhartha Kundu at 6pm. My mother is a senior citizen and has serious heart condition. After we came at suraksha Khardaha centre, they are informing that doctor will not come . They should have informed earlier to us , then my mother don't have to visit there. They are really unprofessional and misbehaving with us. Don't visit this centre. If something will happen with my mother today then who will take the responsibility. Moreover their opd centre is on 1st floor and they don't have any lift or escalator especially for senior citizens or patients.
It is overall good. I had my MRI Brain done here. everything went well and smoothly. online reports were sent to me on same date of scan. overall, it is a good place.
Fish Market Environment, Unprofessional behaviour, Un mannered representatives, unprofessionalism at its peak, Their attitude made me feel like I am at a govt hospital. No management, people waiting for 4 - 5 hours for their turn. They are taking the patients for granted. They only care about billing and booking after that you are doomed. Few years ago it was a nice place with good services and good management Now I would not recommend this place to anybody. Improve your management and your staff's conduct, don't take patients for granted.
Worst experience, during Dr.Avishek Banerjee visit on 12.06.25 evening at Khardah Branch. Staffs are fully non cooperative, showing rude and arrogant attitude. Just to show a mere report i have to wait 2 hrs. 12 patients allowed before to show only one report. Such a unprofessional act.
Would like to appreciate the dedication shown by Ms.Jayshree Mazumder in carrying out my test successfully.She is very much dedicated and very professional towards the work.She took followup from late night to early morning nd made my appointment hazel free. Would wish her a warm regards and all the best for her future endeavours.
Dont want to give a single star rating .....so much incompetent, irresponsible.....and many more .....wish to give slangs to all the receptionist over there ....so incooperative.....and didnt have manners to talk with patient as well as their companion.....very much rude behaviour ....I suggest to every viewer do not visit there...
