Quality doctors available here, but the clinic does not care about their patients. As the patients have no other option to visit their favorite doctor, they visit here unconditionally. But this clinic couldn't provide sufficient seating area for these patients before get token. It would be better to give them token of visit and send them to the main waiting hall outaide the chamber in respective floor.Their shoe racks are also a nightmare to us. Their receptionist, oh my god. No systematic way for visiting patients. Patients coming from far distance have to wait standing before their clinic. Pathetic to see their situation. They are not accepting online payment for visiting fees. Ridiculous.

Very bad experience.. My father went for FOL test today but they harassed him. All though they have a QR code but they refused to accept online payment. They used disrespectful words to my father just because he doesn't have cash and wanted to pay online. Worst diagnostic center.

Horrible treatment, excessive charges. Patients and their family members are treated like dogs and goats. When emergency patients come, they don't do anything, they just sit them down. Even though there is a QR code, they do not accept digital payments. They only accept cash, and if for some reason you do not have cash, they will not take your appointment.

Very bad maintained place. Harras patient. No time is maintained. Very bad behaviour of the service staff and just give low rate to take patient but report quality is bad which I got verified from some other place. Hygiene also a concern of this place. Dr , staff all of them roaming with shoes. But patient not allowed and they go to dirty toilet in bare foot which causing more infection to the patient's.

The services are good how much I get from their end but the cost of testing is slightly higher (I THOUGHT). So in overall aspect it is a satisfactory experience.

They never pick up the call. What's the use of keeping the phone number over the internet if you are not going to pick up the call ever. Been calling them for years, they don't pick the call ever.

Good polyclinic ,some types of medical equipment and x- ray , MRI , CT SCAN & all types of blood test available here.

Very bad and rude behaviour from staff. Service is very bad specialy blood collection staff. I suggest not visit there place.
