Unprofessional lady staffs. They don't know the importance of time and they do not care about the condition of the patients. All the staffs are busy with gossiping. I think management should seriously think about it and need to take necessary action with immediate effect. Hire good, serious and litrate staffs.

Terrible Management & Rude Staff Our experience at this place was extremely disappointing due to the rude behavior of the staff and poor management. We were asked to visit, but after traveling 30 km from our hometown with a patient, we were informed upon arrival that the doctor wouldn't be coming that day and were told to come back the next day. This is a clear case of mismanagement and irresponsibility. There was no prior communication about the unavailability of the doctor, causing unnecessary trouble for us. To make things worse, the staff was unhelpful and rude, showing no regard for the inconvenience they caused. Such a lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable, and I would not recommend dealing with this place unless they seriously improve their management.

Disgusting service with improper management and no time distinguish for appointments. How did the owner got the license to open such a pathetic diagnostic centre where patients needed to be treated highly, instead they treat the patients with poor care and no responsibility. I highly oblige the higher authorities to look into the matter and if needed seize this place asap. Note- not a personal opinion, but of many offline users who are unable to raise their voice .
