Dr. LIFEGUARD DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE PVT.LTD

The environment here is extremely unhygienic and inhumane. It is not at all suitable for patients. Based on my personal experience, I have seen patients' conditions worsen after coming here. The behavior of the staff is also very rude and unsympathetic. Therefore, I request everyone--please do not bring patients here. They may suffer from suffocation, and the situation could become even worse.

Very bad staff behaviour very bad service, will never visit again also I will request people please don't ever come here. Very bad horrible experience.

So here's my experience: I went to lifeguard diagnostic centre for my USG. I was waiting alongwith other patients and the doctor was hurriedly calling in the patients such that he can leave early but I said I needed 5-10 mins more was my bladder wasn't full. The first response by the doctor (KAMALESH BHATTACHARYA) to this was 'your bladder needn't be "full", it just needs to be "optimally distended"' and a 5 min long screaming lecture on it. I apologised saying that I meant the same, just said it in layman's terms as I am not from clinical background. Next, I showed him the prescription mentioning what my doctor asked me to mention regarding the checkup. As soon as I said plz mention this in the report as my doctor told me to inform, this usg doctor (kamalesh bhattacharya) was infuriated. He started screaming about how dare I mention what should the report contain, who the hell is your doctor, how dare she, tell her my name etc. etc. and asked me to leave the room....I was completely in tears, and requested him to at least do the usg as it was urgent, but he said that he has no more time left (which was within the USG slot, not exceeded) and he doesn't tolerate patients like me and stormed out of the room. I am attaching the picture of my refunded usg slip as proof that this actually happened. It might be tough to believe, but it was tougher for me to go through this. Hence, I request anyone visiting for a diagnosis to kindly opt. for another doctor and clinic in order to avoid such an experience.

Stuffs behavior is very rough and rude, Dr, Abhay Nath Chaturvedi is very efficient and experienced doctor, he should change this diagnostic centre...

It is the worst kind of diagnostic centre anyone can ever visit in their entire life. The behaviur towards the patient is very pathetic. They dont know how to behave with a human being. Please dont visit or dont go for any types of diagnosis from here.
