Dr. Suraksha Diagnostics - Bhatpara

At counter staff needs well training to deal with customer at a limited time I go there for a blood test I have to seat 1 hour for billing only and a single bill consist 10 to 15 minute is it a joke. Plz improve their working speed

Rates are reasonable, but takes lot of time while in center as the reception people are very slow in processing bills always.

Very good behaviour of the staff with well groomed and efficient staff with all good facilities

Very good service and... Reception very good coporate

To whom it may concern... My father who is 80 yrs old , experienced a very miss behaviour from one lady staff at USG .. It is not expected from such reliable diagnostic centre. We go there with a tension , worries....if ,in addition, we get such behaviour, it makes a sense of inhuman. Hope steps will be taken regarding this matter & against such inhuman person. Thank you.

Called few while a go, very pathetic response. You hardly get connected, ignore the call and disconnect without listening properly. Very casual and ignorant in nature. The Management must take tough steps to improve.
