Dr. Touch Nursing Home

I have a nice experience in that nursing home...my mother's gallbladder stone operation done here by Dr. Saptarshi Mandal..he is very good person and have good behaviour..my mother admitted in ac cabin..cabin is big enough for staying gurdians... there aya (mashi) are also good.. but among all of them one person named Babin da who helped me soo much...he is a nice person..many people from jalpaiguri know him very well..he mamage all mediclaim related problems and queries....for gallbladder stone my mother admitted there for 2 days..overall it's nice nursing home...hope they grew well more in future.

If anyone wants to see how extreme conditions can be created then they should definitely come here. There is not even a small place to sit for the patients. The doctor is sitting at the reception and seeing the patients which is extremely ridiculous. They can only cut the visit short... When will these conditions improve.

I was recently admitted here and had a very comfortable experience during a difficult time. The staff were caring, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. Special thanks to Dr. K. Basu for his kind and precise treatment, and to all the nurses, especially Miss Archita ma'am, & Miss Ankita Ma'am, and their team, for treating me with such warmth and care. Also, sincere thanks to the ayahs who looked after me like family. They made sure I was comfortable, regularly checked in, and always offered kind words and help. The environment was clean, peaceful, and truly healing. I'm deeply grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone in need of genuine treatment and compassionate support.

Very bad behaviour by the new gnm qualified nurses ... they have very rough attitude towards patient and their family members... Kindly follow up ...

Touch Nursing Home Pvt Ltd in Rajbaripara is a good Nursing Home in Jalpaiguri. Almost all doctors are available here. It is near the main road that is Subash Chnadra Bose Road. Very neat and clean place. Very good Hospitality. Staff are also very good.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Touch Nursing Home. The majority of its staff was incredibly rude and behaved in an unacceptable manner. It seemed as though they had not received proper training on how to interact with patients. In my opinion, they form the worst staff group among all North Bengal hospitals. During in a difficult time, many patient families are experiencing sadness, so it is essential for the hospital staff to be polite and compassionate towards everyone. However, I must commend Dr. Sumantra Mukherjee, who is a very skilled and experienced doctor. Due to his expertise and care, I am giving one star solely for him."
