Dr. Sadar Hospital

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Apollo pharmacy within Sadar Hospital, Jalpaiguri. I purchased a nasal drop, but upon getting home, I discovered it was completely empty. When I returned to the shop to address the issue, the staff refused to accept the return or provide a replacement. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a hospital pharmacy where quality and safety should be paramount. I urge the management to improve their quality control and customer service standards to prevent such incidents in the future.

Zero review for jalpaiguri sadar hospital.I admitted my son for high fever as there is no option for me in that situation. All stuff and nurses are very rude in behavior ,careless and doctor never tell you the possible cause of disease. Only tell you keep patient, I am not jadukar. After 24 hours improvement negative. So I decided to shift my patient to siliguri, but they not agree to discharge. As I wish to shift my patient so they start to harassment me.after 4 hours they agree to discharge. This was the bad time for me in my life and bad experience about government hospital in westbengal.

Most important place for pregnant women as it has nicely organised and all kind off facilities available for giving birth of baby .. clean , free of cost (government hospital) . Humble and caring staffs .. presence of OT (gynaecology), CCU(critical Care Unit) SNCU (special Newborn Care Unit) in any imergency case ...

I admited my wife 3 sept 2022.my new baby time was completed.but the said prannancy time is not complete.when I took my wife at home.in that night my wife was prannancy pain then again I took to marina nursing home and born a new baby.my request is that the people get proper treatment and not suffer for this type of trouble.nurse behaviour was not good.

Better service than expected.

This hospital is our main government hospital in jalpaiguri district. It's look like a little AIIMS.

Expectation are high than they provided..many department are shifted to the maltispecialty hospital..thats become one reason of harazment of the patients and thier familys..other wise in current time some devolopment work are going on in hospital..so when its complet hope service willbe good

The core of Jalpaiguri main. I was born here, so obviously this place is very close to my heart. Despite being situated in the centre of the town, it's calm and lovely.
