Staffs know very well how to refuse customer/client or patient on call. By doing this they reduce their work load. Such a brilliant technique. This is the loss of the owners. Because employees will get their salary without doing work, in such a competitive market.

Colleagues and staffs are in attitude always Don't know how to behave with the clients When I asked for discount in test they told that discount is not available and they returned the billing amount of Rs 2500. They returned the amount but they will not give any discount. How much attitude they had. The management should think on related these. If u will not provide the better services then your company will be get shutter down any time. Just think in this matter.

The service was good... staff was very friendly comparing to other diagnostic center ... i had good experience... highly recommended

Dr. Subhankar Datta is an extremely dedicated and composed doctor. He spends considerable time communicating with his patients and understanding their issues. He always emphasizes laboratory tests and regular visits every two months. The laboratory is well-equipped and produces timely results. The technicians are polite and experienced. They offer doorstep sample collection at reasonable rates, making the entire process seamless. Also, the front desk staff are very responsible and cordial.

I went there on friday for my mom's cheakup. Doctor prescribe some test. Today I also went there at 10:30 am for medical test with my old aged mom and they said come again in evening. They don't call us regarding schedule change from morning to evening. They don't even apologize for their irresponsible behaviour..

Staffs are telling lie and misguide the people. Over phone they have told Dr. Subhankar Dutta is MD and when gone there found he is diabetics and met with the Doctor for cough cold and fever, he neither touch the patient nor used stathoscop to check the patient. Worst experience.

Horrible place mosquitoes all around and they don't even provid a glass of water as well the doctor never arrived on time

I had booked a USG in Medique Liluah,for doctor -"URMI CHOWDHURY" , though they took the appointment , suddenly in the evening I get a call from the Diagnostic centre saying that the doctor had denied for coming as it's only one patient.So as per Doctor-(URMI CHOWDHURY),unless she gets a profitable amount by visiting a good number of patients she won't visit the Diagnostic centre.This shows that she actually takes her profession as business.
