Dr. Biral Seva Sadan

There are very few bad experiences I got from hospitals and this is one of them. Please have better supervision on nurses and the care procedure. Although the environment is good, charging unreasonable prices for unreasonable staff is a heart shattering experience. Just a good hospital getting ruined due to improper supervision.

I had fever for 21 days. No-one found a diagnoses as to what had happened to me. Finally I had to get admitted as my fever was touching 104 degrees. My CRP was 96 that should have been somewhere around 5 and I am right now admitted here in the Suite. The nurses, attendants, team members and residential doctors are the nicest people I have come across. My main consultant Dr. Tonmoy Sain is a brilliant clinician. This place and all the people here together diagnosed me with Rickettsial disease. I had to get my IV line changed many times as many injections were being given to me the nursing team really helped me navigate to my recovery. Overall my healthcare experience here has been great.

Very rude behaviour of all staffs of the OPD (Kalpana clinic) of Biral Seva Sadan. Especially the main staff (male one) of this part. I booked an appointment for Debsankar Guin. There was no serial numbers. For payment, you have to take exact amount, they never give you the balance amount returned. No online payment options is there. But why?? Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Very bad Nursing home in Howrah.Not maintains the hygiene, They provid dirty dress for pitient and not regular change the bed sheet. Nursing home Manager and all indoor staff 's behavior is very rude. Two aya manage entair floor every night they are sleeped .

Overall had a good experience. But there is only one lift, many patient party have to wait for 5-10 mins for the lift in visiting hours. Also the patient party have to bring the clean saree for the new born baby. The hospital should have provided the clothes for the baby.

Most wrost Nursing home in Howrah..first of all indoor staff ,Nurses and aya all are corrupted. Not maintains the hygiene Hospital Manager and quality manager both need improve their own quality then they look after Nursing home quality.Not recommended this Nursing home

My review is regarding the OPD division of Biral Seva Sadan. Many good doctors visit this place for OPD. However queue management here is not good. You will waste a lot of time just because of that. I think queue management can be made a lot better. If they provide specific time for different patients there will be less rush and patients can be treated better. Elderly people and very sick suffer a lot because of this pathetic queue management.

Review 1: Biral Seva Sadan has been arranged good doctors, but basic infrastructure is not good. Service is poor.... Staffs are non Co-operating..... RMOs are not efficient and don't bother about patients..... Some nurses are good..... Staff's salary and incentives are good.... Snatching money from patients is one of the basic goal....internal service and infrastructure are very bad.... Manager is unpredictable.... No words comes from his mouth..... He knows everything i.e. loopholes.... That's why, he don't speak any loose words rather any words..... FOR Scheduled OT, may be BSS acceptable, but for emergency not to go....... Review 2: I visited BRS on 09.09.2019 at 2:15 AM for an emergency. Nobody opened the BRS door for us in this night. Then, I went Narayana for emergency treatment that night. They operate me in very next morning and recovered from the crisis. Review 3: I was admitted in BRS on 23.05.2022 for a planned OT. I took deluxe room ( 4,000/- per day) .... Pathetic conditions of that room.... Some pictures have been attached for you reference...... Through writing, it is not possible to explain the infrastructural loopholes. Review 4: I also visit today (06.07.2022) in BRS and as per desire of Mr. Subarna Mullick, I go to his office but due to his busy schedule I am not able to meet with him and not able to share my experiences @BRS.
