Dr. Serampore Walsh Hospital

I had a very good experience at Serampore Walsh Super Speciality Hospital. The hospital is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I noticed that the housekeeping staff are constantly working to keep the premises tidy, which creates a hygienic and comfortable environment for patients and visitors. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. Overall, it's reassuring to see such dedication to maintaining a healthy atmosphere. Highly appreciated!

A relative of mine was admitted here on 12th November, my experience was not good at all. Especially the doctors and nurses here are not very good towards the patients, they do not perform their duties properly. Doctors visit twice in the morning and evening but never see a patient more than once, no matter how urgent the situation. The negligence of the hospital staff in terms of cleanliness is noticeable. So remember these words of mine before admitting any of your patients to this hospital.

Hospital was very good and Well maintained by the All members of these hospital... But staffs are listen very slow like a this... But All nurse and doctor are very Hard working...

Serampore walas basically is a government hospital and their treatment are too good many more facilities are here like emergency, Ot, nursing facility and doctor facilities are too good

The service of this hospital is very bad according to my experience. Doctors and nurses behaviour quite nice but not very caring towards patients. After knowing that there is a public holiday in advance, after giving the date of the operation on that day, the patient was admitted to the hospital two days before the operation and after making all the preparations for the operation, even taking the patient to the operation room on that day as it was a public holiday, the operation was canceled by saying that the operation would not be done on the holiday.

It's now unveiled with all brand new equipment. The new building is decorated with all modern systems and every opportunity are available here. All security staff is very friendly and supportive. I have noticed one problem that, outdoor Doctors are visiting their chamber too late. It's isn't a good sign for patients. Because they are standing at out side all the time for Doctors early visit and for better treatment but they don't.

Most third class behaviour of the staffs specially the nurses and the care takers.. Nurses are the most uneducated and illustrate.. they are treated patient party like infallible ones... Worst experience.. nurses are busy to gossip between them and shouting to patient party is their hobby

All types of diseases are treated free of charge at Walsh Hospital in Serampore. As it is a government super specialist hospital, all the patients get all kinds of government health benefits. All doctors of this Walsh Hospital are genuine and appointed by Govt.The hospital authorities always use full assistance with the patients and the people of the patient's home.It is one of the best large size and famous hospital in Hooghly district.
