However, when I called again as instructed, the response I received was unexpectedly rude. "Don't disturb me repeatedly, you will get a call from our chamber," in a very unpleasant tone. I truly respect your expertise and reputation as a doctor, but I was quite hurt by the unprofessional attitude of your assistant.
