Dr. Suraksha Diagnostics - Durgapur

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the extremely poor experience I had at your Durgapur centre. I would like to bring the following issues to your urgent attention: Wrong Reports Issued: The diagnostic report I received appears to be randomly generated and completely unrelated to the tests conducted. This raises serious concerns about the credibility and accuracy of your laboratory services. Gross Mismanagement: The entire process, from sample collection to report delivery, was chaotic and poorly managed. There was a lack of proper communication, delay in service, and unprofessional behaviour from staff. One thing adds there the lack of proper seats. Patients have to stand there for hours when there are more than 10 patients. My estimation says not more than 20 chairs are available there. Risk to Patient Safety: Issuing incorrect or random reports not only endangers the health of patients but also damages the trust people place in your reputed brand. It can lead to wrong treatments, medical complications, and even legal consequences. I urge you to look into this matter seriously, identify the cause of such negligence, and take strict corrective actions.

I was expecting 1.5k bill as discussed over the call. Who ever was there deduct 5k from my card without informing the charge that's it's 5k. They should call cout the amount before deduction it. Moreover, the price is too high. People should check the rate with other available option nearby

Poor front desk service. High cost. And attendant always day though we didn't charge you for this and that. Who asked you for discount ma'am. Who ever is visiting please check the price with other available service providers, specially health world. The one I was looking for cust me 5000/- here. The cost was something arround 3500/- there. Poor service. Oversmart team members. High cost. Cashier doesn't say the amount before charging the card. Worst service.

Well behaved staff, punctual, clean and hygiene atmosphere. Helpful front desk. Excellent location to reach quickly from anywhere.

To the people living in Durgapur, kindly go anywhere but not to Suraksha. Their management is garbage. They do not inform over the call if the doctor is absent or present. The patient reaches to their place and then gets to know that the doctor has not arrived. They do not admit to their mistakes and keeps on talking utter nonsense.

1.As because SURAKShA is a reputed diagnostic centre in Kolkata , I am happy for its presence at Durgapur with its glorious service particularly received this occassion on 20.07.25. 2. Moreover, opening time of sample collection is 06:30hrs is also attractive for patient like diabetes and senior citizens. Hope, more success of the institute.
