We visited Suraksha Diagnostic Centre at Durgapur City Centre yesterday for a test. First, we contacted Dr. Sudipto Banerjee at Pranamay Clinic in Bidhannagar, and he referred us to City Centre and arranged the entire test for us. When we reached City Centre, there was a delay in conducting the test, and we were made to wait. However, when we informed Dr. S. Banerjee about the issue, he immediately arranged for our test to be conducted. We did not expect such prompt action from him, and we are truly grateful to him for his support. Unfortunately, we were not very happy with the behavior of the staff at City Centre. But the exceptional help we received from Sir was remarkable. If we visit Suraksha again in the future, it will definitely be because of him.
