Dr. Narcissus Medical Centre

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service .Unprofessional staff: The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in addressing concerns. I booked a test just a day ago and was expecting a reasonable wait. However, I've been waiting for 6 hours today, which is unacceptable.

Those 2 lady who are sitting in reception are really worst , don't know how to behave with patients and there family I was 5 months pregnant to book an appointment for anomaly scan when they said report will deliver after 3 days after usg my mother said we will done some another place for its very urgent one of those lady pointed her hand in inappropriate way to move back that was her behaviour with a pregnant patient so don't go there worst diagnostic centre when I am also a lab technician

I booked my sonography and they gave us an appointment at 9.00am. It is now 1 pm but we are still waiting. There is no system. Worst medical center

Very bad medical center patients have been waiting for long time ... For 5-6 hours.... very bad service

The patients have been waiting for a long time.Approximately 6-7 hours, especially for USG patients.

Very very unprofessional behaviour by the lady who picks up the call when we do booking. If someone wants to do a test like ultrasonography by self and not prescribed by the doctor then the lady will ask which type of ultrasonography and won't suggest if it is of lower abdomen, upper abdomen or whole abdomen and then yells on the call. Worst experience over the call itself. If there was an option to give negative rating I would have given that too.

Narcissus medical centre is very popular diagonastic center in sreerampur local areas... All services are available in this center, staffs behaviour are very beautiful it's my personal experience. Please come and support the center to reach a better position of rating....Thank you. Go fast for all tests and take better services.

Worst nursing home The wait time is too much why will associate there call patients 2 hour before and lab technician comes.. With expire clinical certification.. donot know about Quality of test.
