Very bad behaviour nurse & staff always shouting for patients

V.V Important hospital for ESI card holders people...It is being renovated by the Government of West Bengal

First of all number of employees r less.Maximum doctors are good but others behavior is worst & the worst thing is the stuffs, very bad behaviour they have the tendency of HARRESMENT . Specialy the stuffs of medicine shop. The stuffs makes huge mistakes like prescription exchange / report exchange.

I really surprised for this hospital OPD department Thursday day of week for gyno doctor how the condition this hospital.. I just want to ask is Monday or other day patient have any problem so what can that doing? How's the rules in the hospital ?

Very poor service at Emergency and wrost treatment by doctor. Esi serampore have miss behavior doctor there feedback is very bad . OT doctor are illiterate and have no any idea how to behave with patients and very wrost condition of there behavior....

Cleanliness is taken care of a lot in this hospital. Here everything is facility like lift, cleanliness in it.

The service is good, but it would be great if the doctor would sit at least 2 days a week.
