My mother was admitted two times here due to cardiac symptoms, first time including spo2 levels declining to 78, teeth clenching, coldness in palm and feet, and second time breathlessness and heart rate(PR) declining to 34. After conducting all the tests precisely and analysing the reports well by the doctor, the condition was suspected as unstable angina and subsequently she was treated with loading, various injections, etc... However, now coming to the service standards, the behaviour and responsible sense of the hospital staffs is really admirable and praiseworthy. The way they hand over diet charts after release, care, concern and empathy shown by the management staff is really very very satisfying! I really extend my humble gratitude to Dr. Datta Clinic for diagnosing my mother so well at very standard expenses, enabling middle-classes to afford easily for their patient's diagnosis with accuracy and care and also I further thank the entire management team for their behaviour, code of conduct, etc Thanking You Yours sincerely, Sumita Bal(Avinandan Bal, patient's family member)

Their service and the doctors are very good and speak politely, Their customer support executives have a terrible way of talking, and if it's an emergency, they won't pick up your phone, and even if they do, they won't help you by saying they'll call you back later. Apart from that, their test reports are of very good quality and effective.

Very Bad maximum reports are wrong, recently my wife ECG test report given fully wrong then i had tested another Lab report are opposit.

Very very bad system creation there . eye catrac operation cash 18000 ar same operations cashless 33000 . Totally very very worst and bad system in that hospital. I feel really sad because 24000 insurance company paid and I also paid cash 9000 totally bad experience. I suggest to .everyone strongly avoid this hospital . Totally fake system they're needs only money

worst experience , after test Digital RGU/MCU i suffer 1 week high fever and urine infection , total time duration is 3h taken for this test and doctors stay only 10 mins then staffs are managed the whole procedure . very worst experience

Pathology cum doctors chamber, facilities includes blood test, x-ray, USG, colour Doppler, echo cardiography eeg etc. are available here. Many renowned doctors also available for consultation. Located near bag bazar.

Staff's behavior is very bad with patient and families. They treated people like they treat them for free. Very disappointed with them.

The municipal corporation needs to immediately cancel out there liscense. Fake and false reports. None of there reports are correct
