Reception behaviour is beautiful, they're very polite and also very humble to all of their patients! I did a PFT test for my Amarnath yatra, they have all brand new machinary for all their tests! Guys just go their and trust me they are just awesome, this picture is taken by my friend... So that I can post it! Some people tell me that reception behaviour is not good, but, I myself tested it wrong, they are very polite...

Staff behaviour very unprofessional. No respect for patients time, as in doctors are busy and can be late but patient/patient parties are all unemployed with abundance of time

Very good experience...I have done my USG yesterday,All staffs are very good in behaviour. And in USG room everyone are women Toilet is very clean

I should give less than Zero but there was no option for that. Only Money Money and Money, behaviour of receptionist are like we are talking with world class surgeon. They have lots of intention to creat crowd of patient. Never ever go there... Receptionist behaviour are very very very rude ..

I had the worst experience ever at this doctor's clinic today when I went for a check-up for a family member. We waited for almost an hour, and when we asked the reception when the doctor would arrive, they informed us that the doctor came and went from the facility.I'm not sure how the patient was served, and it's advised that everyone avoid this clinic.

My little brother recently had the misfortune of visiting ECHO DOCTORS CLINIC & DIAGNOSTICS CENTRE, and I must say, his experience was extremely disappointing. It was abundantly clear that the focus here is more on making money than genuinely caring for patients. The staff pushing various tests and screenings on patients, many of which seemed unnecessary. It felt like they were trying to upsell services rather than providing medically sound advice. Further, Dr. Arin Kr Mukhopadhyay clearly stated that he opened this clinic for business purpose only, so he will consider profit first. So, I couldn't shake the feeling that the patients are being viewed as a cash cow rather than a patient in need of care. It's clear that maximizing profit is their main objective, rather than ensuring patients receive appropriate and necessary medical care. I would not recommend this diagnostic center to anyone seeking genuine medical care and would advise looking elsewhere for a more patient-focused experience.

Few days ago I've done some blood test from here and this is totally perfect, all the reports are very reliable. They also have a huge & well maintained waiting space for their patients, in Chandannagar, there is hardly maybe any other diagnostics centre who have those kind of facilities. I'm very satisfied with their facilities & also with the behaviour of the reception, staffs behaviour is also very polite. overall this is a good place for getting a perfect & reliable tests & reports. Thank You.

" BEWARE " & get some knowledge before entering ECHO. You may get lots of doc under one roof but may not get proper treatment/advice. Some doc are really good but others are worst. The staffs thinks they are doing MBBS & MBA at the same time. If something goes wrong, even it's a "sprained leg"; first the doc ran away then other docs & staffs try to convince you to get a new doc of "skin". So. BEWARE. See, the problem is, we, the residents of Chandannagar & Bhadreswar do not have access to a good medical care & this problem is often gambled by this type of institutions time to time.
