I recently visited the endoscopy unit, and I was quite disappointed with the condition of the waiting area. The waiting hall had a strong, unpleasant odor, making it very uncomfortable for patients who are already anxious before undergoing the procedure. Cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority, especially in a medical facility. I sincerely hope the authorities take immediate action to improve the sanitation of the area to ensure a better experience for all patients.

This nursing home is money making machine, over priced compared to their services and facilities. My patient was admitted in icu for less then 24hrs and they gave us bill 30k for just admitting in icu and additionaly medicine charges more 10k. Total of 40k for staying less then 24 hrs. Overpriced, Just because of limited choices of hospitals in coochbehar.

I came for the treatment of hemiplegic stroke under navin kumar sethia with in 12 days I am walking. Sir is very humble person. I almost came back from death under him.

This hospital is a scam..... Though doctors are good but they all are a scam.... They just know how to take money from a poor and helpless family..... They don't give you importance..... I really disappointed at their hospitality......

I recently admitted my daughter here for phototherapy, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff is uncooperative and lacks professionalism. Shockingly, the doctors took samples without informing or obtaining consent from the parents, and these tests were unnecessary. The rooms are in terrible condition, with a strong foul smell, and the blankets provided were dirty, reused, and unpleasantly odorous. The hygiene standards are far from acceptable. Additionally, the behavior of the staff at the admission counter was highly unprofessional and rude, adding to the stress of an already difficult situation. Overall, this hospital fails in terms of service, cleanliness, and professionalism. I would not recommend it to anyone. Needs to improve basic services like hygiene and sanitation. Doctors should be approachable. It is too hard to contact doctors and in this matter no staff helps.
