During colonoscopy, no anesthesia being used . So it is painful to the concerned patient.Don't treat your valuable patient as Ginipig. Even associated doctor was not happy.

Do not recommended, totally waste, don't visit here , if you are checking review before visiting the hospital, READ MY REVIEW AND DON'T VIST THIS PLACE, TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Worst medical service providers... They mistreat patients & favor known people only... During the doctor's visits, they don't follow any appointment system and give preference to their known faces only... They don't follow any systematic approach... When you inform the authorities about this unfair treatment, they are even not ready to hear you out... Forget about taking any action or necessary steps... They are highly unprofessional... This kind of harassment is unacceptable... So my suggestion would be never to visit this place... Or visit the place with prior mental preparation for harassment..."

Dr R N Ghosh, who is doing investigations (like Ultrasonography etc.) here (Prayas Medical Centre) is a highly skilled doctor. He is an MD (Radiology) from a very reputed institute (P.G.I /Chandigarh).

Good facility and behaviour of staff also you can get good doctors there. Like Dr Rudra Sinha

Few doctors chamber here. Dr. Keya Bagchi ,gynoclogy - Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. onwards, Dr. A K Mondal, skin specialist, Rudra Sinha, Artho, etc sit here. It also provides USG , X ray service. Nice waiting room for patients. Very much time consuming to visit a doctor.

In Prayas,more than treatment,focus is to loot the patients money.As soon as the doctor prescribes medicine,2-3 ready brokers will snatch the prescription from your hand.It will be taken to the adjacent medicine center where the agents/brokers get commission.Avoid this medical center if you have better option.

Good medical hall at Bolpur town. With so many medical testing available here with neat & clean service. Doctors options are also good.
