The nursing home maintains a clean and hygienic environment, which is reassuring for patients and visitors alike. The doctors are highly competent and attentive, offering excellent medical care. However, the behavior of some nurses can be a bit rude at times, which affects the overall experience. Additionally, the rest area could be improved, as it lacks comfort and proper facilities. With a few improvements in staff behavior and amenities, this nursing home has the potential to offer a much better experience.

Berhampore City Hospital, located in Berhampore, West Bengal, is a notable healthcare facility in the region. Here's a detailed review based on various aspects of the hospital: #Facility and Infrastructure: The hospital is a well-structured facility with a range of amenities. It features modern and clean wards, including general and private rooms. The infrastructure includes an emergency department, an outpatient department (OPD), and various specialized clinics. However, there have been occasional reports of maintenance issues in some areas, which might affect patient comfort. #Medical Staff and Services: Berhampore City Hospital employs a dedicated team of doctors, nurses, and medical staff. The doctors are generally well-regarded for their expertise and commitment to patient care. The hospital offers a variety of services, including general medicine, surgery, pediatrics, and gynecology. Specialized treatments and diagnostic services are available, though some specialized procedures might require referrals to higher-level institutions. #Patient Care and Experience: Patient care is a central focus at Berhampore City Hospital. Staff members are typically attentive and responsive to patient needs. However, like many public hospitals, there can be variations in the level of care experienced, with occasional reports of long waiting times and bureaucratic delays. The hospital has made efforts to improve patient satisfaction through better management and service delivery. #Hygiene and Cleanliness: The hospital generally maintains a reasonable standard of cleanliness. Conclusion Berhampore City Hospital is a critical healthcare provider in its region, offering essential medical services to a diverse patient base. While it provides affordable and generally effective care, there are areas where improvements could be made, particularly in terms of facility maintenance and patient experience. Overall, it serves an important role in the local healthcare system and continues to work towards enhancing its services and infrastructure.
Ground floor is not good, kindly take hygiene initiative for ground floor too. There is too much fly and mosquito here. I Went here for my son's vaccination.
Careless nursing home. don't visit.i have very bad experience. money worst time worst.my father's 7 day ICU but not phisical improve. My father brain stroke but treatment general.no have better neurosurgeon.
HIGHLY INEFFICIENT STAFF, LACK OF COORDINATION, even in government hospitals it takes hardly 1 to 1.5 hr for the post op file to reach from OT to ward, here it took 10 HOURS...despite being instructed by the doctor to give food after 4 hrs of OT, my father didn't receive any food just because the file hasn't reached the ward...the file reached at 2 am, hence no food till morning...PATHETIC...NPM for 10HRS ( which should be 4HRS Only). Doctors are good, but the staff members and nurses are the worst .... As a doctor myself, better go to a government hospital , at least treatment and diagnosis will be highly affordable.
