First time came here. Clinic is good, safe and clean. Staff and medical assistants are good in their knowledge and experience.

I am extremely satisfied with the USG services I received. The staff was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The technician was knowledgeable, explaining each step of the procedure and answering all my questions with patience. The equipment appeared to be modern and in excellent condition, and the results were provided in a timely manner. I appreciate the attention to detail and the overall excellent experience. Totally disgusting, Times are not as per the commitment time. There is a big gap in the commitment time.

Had a very unpleasant experience at Apollo Clinic, Baruipur. We were asked to come at 9:00 AM sharp for an ultrasound (USG), but had to wait for over 2 hours without any proper updates or coordination. The lady responsible for calling patients for the ultrasound was extremely unprofessional and rude. She was shouting at patients and showing no basic manners. When an elderly gentleman politely said he had been waiting too long, she rudely replied, "You have to wait!" -- completely unacceptable behavior in a healthcare facility. What's worse, a man who appeared to be the manager or supervisor was present nearby and witnessing everything, but did nothing to intervene or stop the staff member from shouting at patients. Patients come here for care, not to be disrespected. Very disappointed with the service and attitude of the staff. I expected much better from a clinic under the Apollo name.

My experience is good. Staff behavior is good, they are Knowlegable and efficient. Quick service overall nice.

Today I visit baruipur apollo for 1st time and I get a bad experience. In Between 10.00-10.30am I visit your branch for USG both breast and the receptionist was very rude in behaviour and do not have any professional attitude
