My mother had a heart surgery last year in BMRC. She was admitted there few times last year and also beginning of this year, when she was seriously ill. The doctors, nurses and all the other staff anre extremely nice , kind and helpful. They did take care of my mom very well. I had talked with the doctors few times and they were very transparent. Big shoutout to Mr Ritesh who was extremely helpful in connecting me with the doctors and also answering all my questions patiently. Me and my mom are very happy and satisfied with the service you all provided her. A big thanks to team BMRC for your wonderful hospitality.

Nurse behaviour worst, need professional training... Doctors are well mannered. Visiting hour once daily for 30 minutes only at 5pm. It would be better if visiting hour schedules twice daily ( morning session and evening session)

Totally frauds, I request everyone please don't go their. One of my friends sisters got admitted here. They won't give you any bills, they are just saying that, kindly give us some more money then only we can do something. We paid for multiple medical test, when we ask for bill, they are just saying bill won't be available. They are giving a handwritten in a small paper instead of bills. Worst experience. I humble request to please take necessary action.
