Dr. Apollo Clinic Barrackpore

The time they allotted was 10:50 and we arrived on time upon arrival the staff said to wait for one and half hour...if there was a que it should have been informed that we should come late.Apart from coming here people have their own works to do that is why we take time slots right if time slot is being assigned and this is happening then there should be walk in procedure not time slots.Management should be looking into this mismanagement of work and communication. Secondly the lady in the reception doesnt have the manners to talk to a patient or a customer.Instead of giving solution she shouted and said go and sit in bengali(not everyone understands the language ) later when we asked again she said go sit. Thirdly the clinic is so dirty water is spilling on the floor garbage is out. None of the staff has the decency to ask what r u here for or to even talk properly very ill mannered infact. Some people might not understand the norms u cannot just shout on them and be rude the money is coming from the patient u cannot treat them like trash. I wouldnt even give 1star to this place. Left with no choice so had to do so. I have attached pictures for reference how dressing was done in the corridor. How is this hygenic for patients and others too in the surrounding. Paying money to do it in the corridor. HIGHLY ASKING TO INSPECT.

I had an overall good experience at Apollo Clinic Barrackpore. The clinic is clean and well-maintained, making the overall experience comfortable. The doctors are highly knowledgeable and take the time to listen to concerns before providing treatment. The diagnostic facilities are well-equipped, and the process was smooth and efficient. But the only problem is they don't maintain any sequence for consultation of a doctor even in case of showing reports. They told me to come here at 4.30 pm. But in message which they have sent, the reporting time was 5.00 pm. I came here at 4.15 pm. But it take more than three and half hours . Just horrible experience. Totally unprofessional time management. I have faced this every time I visit Apollo. Only for good doctors I liable to visit there. That's it.

Don't visit here. They don't maintain any sequence for consultation of a doctor even in case of showing reports. They told me to come here at 5 pm. But in message which they have sent, the reporting time was 6.50 pm. I came here at 6 pm. But it take more than two hours to show my report. Just horrible experience. I had a very disappointing experience at Apollo Clinic, Barrackpore. The staff at the billing and reception counter were extremely rude and unhelpful, showing little regard for patients' concerns. The clinic's cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, making the environment feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. Even after being given a specific appointment time, patients are made to wait much longer to get tests done, which defeats the purpose of scheduling. To add to this, the rates for services are highly overpriced compared to similar clinics. Overall, my experience was very unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this clinic to others.

The experience here was unpleasant. The appointment was for 2pm in the afternoon. They made us wait for 2 hours till the doctor arrived. To the admin you should change tour staff. The lady at the right reception cabin today was rude and arrogant. For gods sake please change the staff here they do not deserve to work. The admin only reverts back when someone posts a good comment. The admin neglects the lower rated reviews. Shame on the owner !!! Shame shame. Poor admin removed the comment. Shame on the facility

Very excellent. All staff and blood collection person are very supportive, cooperative and helpful in nature. One of the collection persons, Shri Tapas Paul is very cooperative and also provided guidance all the time. Hope that we get services like that in future. Thank you.

I am happy with the service provided by this clinic. I do have corporate and personal services for my medical test and Dr visit. Employee are very supportive particularly Mousumi is very supportive and took care of all required test on time.
