The doctor was once very good, but unfortunately, his approach has changed in recent times. His manager, Miss Poyali, behaves arrogantly and lacks basic manners. She charges an additional 30 from every patient, which seems completely unethical. The booking system is disorganized and frustrating. Moreover, the doctor is not available in any emergency situation. Based on my recent experience, I personally do not recommend him for treatment nowadays.

The booking system is extremely poor -- appointments are almost always unavailable, no matter how many times you try. The doctor's PA, Ms. Piyali, is very unprofessional and rude in her behavior. She lacks the basic courtesy expected when dealing with patients. Although the doctor is undoubtedly good, it's unfortunate that such inefficiency and unprofessionalism from the support staff makes it very difficult for patients to get proper access. Not recommended, unless it's an unavoidable emergency and you have no other option.

The secretary, Ms. Piyali, is very rude and lacks basic manners, which makes the overall experience extremely disappointing. Although the doctor is very good, getting an appointment is almost always impossible due to the poor booking system. Not recommended.

When I entered the doctor's chamber at 6.00pm on Tuesday, I was suffering from a high fever, but the doctor refused to check me. I am very disappointed. I request the Medical Association of India to take necessary action against this physician.

Reached here 6.45am 06.01.22. Appointment booking time starts from 7am (as per board) .He said booking is already completed. He advised to book over phone. I kept on calling standing just in front him but couldn't get the line. After 5 minutes he said that booking is completed for the day. No consideration for urgency. He is a great doctor but appointment system is worst.

The doctor is very good and experianced. Though Appointment is hectic,he attends 15 patients each day with fast come fast serve manner.. The old attendent is a bit rude to resolve queries.. fee is 800/- only.+ Name registration fee is 30/-

Suggestions for patients coming from places other than Sodpur....pl opt for other medical practitioner. It is impossible to get appointments over call. Firstly because the assistants no. is continuously busy n even if one has the luck to reach him out...it's being told that bookings are closed and that also in a very rude tone. All he can advice is to try calling next day from 5am!!
