Dr. Ambulance, Bongaon North 24 parganas West Bengal

This is my 2nd time experience here, previously I came here at 2.30a.m on a emergency basis to treat my 3years old son, as here I don't find any better option than this. I was fully satisfied with the treatment, I was admitted in old building, the infrastructure was ok, as usual nurses ate little bit rude as they have to handle a lot of patients. But it was really helpful. This time I came for my employee who suddenly fall ill. In emergency section the treatment is quick, but there is no one to help the patient, i personally has to take the wheel chair, I don't have any knowledge that if it is normal here, Comes to its new building it's just fab, it is just like any private hospital. This time stuffs are good. Senior nurse listen to the problem carefully. I hope everyone will have a good experience here.

Dr. J.R.Dhar Sub Divisional Hospital has 200 beds and 30 doctors. The whole of Bongaon Sub Division is served by this hospital. Doctors of this hospital are not to the mark and are mostly engaged in private practice. It has recently opened a CCU unit with 6 beds.

The hospital was built a few days ago to improve the people of Bangaon. The hospital has been built to serve many patients. Here many patients are served together and also from far away.The atmosphere inside the hospital is excellent. There are many advanced doctors being treated and the services of the nurses are excellent. The people of Bangaon and the surrounding area are unprepared to create this super specialty hospital.

This institution is a farce in the name of hospitals. It's NOT clean at all. The behaviour of the staffs are extremely rude and unprofessional. Most of the staffs have absolutely no clue about the basic protocols of the hospital. Several basic amenities are absent which one would otherwise expect to be present in a "super speciality hospital". I went to get my COVID test done on 16/04/21. There was no clear instructions about where to the get the OPD patient card, where to get the signature of the concerned doctor, etc. 3 days later, my father went to the hospital to collect the report since they're was no report sent via SMS in my phone unlike what had been told to us by the staff. The very staff who had asked my father to come on the stipulated day, pretended like he doesn't even know him. My father is a senior citizen and he was made to wait in scorching heat for a long time. He was harassed and sent to different departments saying there he'll get the report there. He went to this ordeal for 3 hours to finally get the report.

Most important hospital in this area, 24x7 emargency service, Monday to Saturday day General Opd service is available. Best government hospital. Lot of poor family gets all kinds of medical facility free of cost. And hospital is clean like city's major expensive hospital. Here also Lift service is available for disabled patients. Over all the hospital is very good in this area,and people are gets lot of benefits.

This is a Chakdah Bonga Road bonga government hospital. It is a very nice hospital where the services are found very nice. There are plenty of good hospitals in the neighborhood. They are looking for MBBS doctors every day and creating a new three-lock building for the patients. On the back, this hospital is very well cared for by the NASA
