Bad service to high value cost to USG

As per your request I went to your Laboratory at 16.00 hrs for USG test on date but Doctor has come more than two hours late.Number of patients were awaiting for USG testing. It is sorrow to say that at a time 4/5 patients including Mail & Female were entered in to the chamber by calling your Laboratory attendant and the patients are open their Pant, Sarees in presence of others and the busy Doctor has not taken more than one minute. It is not tolerable to open their Pant, Sarees in presence of others and the satisfaction of the testing. Please enquire this matter so that henceforth this type of occurrence should be avoided for better testing.
