The staff at the reception are very unprofessional and rude. They don't provide any information properly and sometimes the bills of the tests vary according to their wishes. They follow no definitive payment protocol or provide no billing brochure to the patient parties. Governing bodies should pay attention to this urgently. Also, the bathroom in front of the USG rooms smells terrible. They don't even use room freshner.
