Dr. Suraksha Diagnostics - Asansol

I won't recommend coming here and wasting your time.. I booked an appointment for a blood test and abdominal ultrasound at 12:15 PM, expecting a timely and professional experience. Instead, I have been made to wait for over an hour and am still third in line. What is the purpose of booking an appointment if the facility cannot honor the scheduled time? This delay is not only unprofessional but also highly uncomfortable--especially as I am required to maintain a full bladder for the procedure. This is completely unacceptable and far below the standard of service I anticipated. Please address this matter promptly and provide an explanation for this disorganized process. Update: The report is showing my Gender as female. I am not sure if my report at all is accurate. It is an absolutely bizarre experience. The management must do something about it.

Highly Recommended Suraksha Diagnostic Centre I had a great experience at [Suraksha Diagnostic centre]. The staff were friendly and professional, and the facility was clean and well-equipped. The worst service of Suraksha chain is at Asansol.Too delayed services.You can find 3 things only the staffs will greet u with folded hands,cleanliness and ambience. Rest everything is just cringe.Plain cringe.The ones at billing will never tell you beforehand about delivery times.Their blood group report,TSH goes to Kolkata .. The old doctor at USG is also of the saying....Aap 2nd opinion le lijie..... Too delayed reports collection.. Just a waste of time... leave your 4 5 hours atleast for any couple of tests.

Most worst centre. Totally mismanagement. I took appointment over phone for my wife before 12 days of visit of Doctor and one day before , when I went to confirm, the representative said that there is no appointment. Such a worst management .

Services are good. All Staff are very reliable. Its such a a excellent experience.

Staff behaviour very good.All department staff are very cooperative.Last few months I visited in center but center manager not present in the center any time.But present center manager is very polite good behaviour.I always suggest all my family and friends plz visit always SURAKSHA.

I came for my wife checkup for pregnancy request number is SR9825581, The way Suraksha team greeting us and done all the procedures we are really impressed. Doctor is happy with all reports, reports came timely .. Really a polite professional centre in Asansol. Suman who manages the center his behaviour is so well we never think we came for any treatment, he is creating homey friendly atmosphere. Thank you so much team
