Extremely Disappointed Had a very frustrating experience at this clinic. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I had to wait over an hour before even being called in. The management of time and patient flow is seriously lacking. What's worse, the doctor recommended tests that could only be done at a specific, clearly substandard diagnostic center that seemed more interested in making money than patient care. It felt like a clear case of unnecessary referral -- more like a business tie-up than genuine medical advice. The nursing staff was equally disappointing. Many of them seemed untrained and unprofessional, unable to answer basic questions or follow proper procedures. Their careless attitude only added to the discomfort and confusion. Overall, I would not recommend this place unless you are prepared for long waits, questionable test referrals, and poor staff conduct. Patients deserve better -- both in professionalism and ethics.

I am sharing my own real and honest experience. Dr Subrata bhattacharya (junior) just running SCAM. He get commission from his own friendly diagnostic where he always force patients to go for blood test, CT Scans, AFB tests , MRI and many others tests. I live in another city if I bring my medical reports from other diagnostic he just kick his patients and ask to run away to his own friendly diagnostic.He fired after seeing other diagnostic reports. His always finding chance and intention with me was to earn more and more money by writing tons of medicines even if I say I am fine he just ignore my concern how I feel ... He is hurry and busy on writing loads of medicine and kicking off to his own friendly diagnostic. Dear Patients, I am also victim of him so please experience him closely you will find same feeling for him. Hope my message would spread.

I am reviewing Junior Dr Subrata Bhattacharya(chest specialist). Most unprofessional dr and staff. No value for your time and inhumane behaviour towards patients. Had an appointment for my Mom who is a senior citizen at 8:00 am in the morning. The clinic wasn't even open at that time. After waiting for 15 minutes by the side of the road, the clinic staff arrived and opened the door. There were some 10-15 patients given the same time slot. When i questioned, the staff said this is the norm, and usually people will have to wait. I didn't understand if there were already 15 people in the queue, then why not give a time accordingly. While waiting in the room, i saw one of the staff measuring blood pressure using the most primitive instrument. In yr 2023, they do not have an automated pressure measurement device. The staff was asking patients to hold the arm strap as he takes the reading. wonder if thats even the correct way to measure Blood pressure. Additionally, we realised that there was a TB patient in the waiting room. Neither was he wearing a mask nor was he asked to do so by the Dr or the staff. Evenafter knowing, TB is extremely contagious, noone seemed to be much concerned. On top of all this, the Drs visit/consultation fee is Rs 900 which is quite high compared to the kind of checkup he/his staff is doing. I can't recommend him to anyone. Anyways by seeing the behaviour of the staff, considering the old instruments that they use (and also since we stay nearby), and also the reckless behaviour of the staff, we decided to not go ahead with the checkup, since there is no point in paying such a high visit fee when they don't even have basic modern instruments. So anyone looking to book a visit with this Dr, please consider all the aspects and then take a call.

My mother was suffering from chronic cough during covid and he treated well as no other doctor was available that time but yes he is money monger, but cant help as it was very urgent . Being a doctor he should also think to lesser his charge so that it become convenient for the poor to get his treatment

I can't prefer him to anyone. May be a good doctor but too much money oriented. You need to pay him the exact same fee each time even you goes there with reports which the doctor prescribed you to do. Not satisfied at all.

I am reviewing junior Dr. Subrata Bhattacharya MD(Med) MD(Tuberculosis and chest disease) .One of the worst and greedy doctor I have ever seen in my life. He will examine you max to max for 30 seconds and he will write down number of unnecessary medicine and unnecessary test. For Example if you are suffering from cough and cold then what he will do, He will suggest you antibody that is good but apart from that what he will do he will give you parasite infection medicine,inhaler vitamin D medicine then infection medicine and sleeping and Anxity pills and this is not the end apart from that he will write chest x -ray that you have to do it only from his recommended X-ray center only then your report will be considered other wise they will not consider your report. My suggestion is never visit such kind of greedy doctors. They are not doctors they are greedy persons for money.

Be careful while you get an appointment. Two doctors with same name. I had a problem. Jr Dr Subrata Bhattacharya is MD chest specialist. Sr. Dr Subrata Bhattacharya is MD physician. Jr. Dr. Bhattacharya is a good doctor with good behaviour. He listen to patient's problem checks previous prescriptions if any carefully. 3 stars given for location problem. No proper address and contact number.

Good doctor for chest in asansol belt, you can treat yourself or your relatives if chest related problem are facing, near by you will get many medical shops where you can buy medicines.
